The Sequent Plug&Drive system is one of the most recent developments of the company BRC. This system was created based on the knowledge of the previous Sequent systems, but has a number of extra possibilities.

The system consists of the evaporator (Genius), the BRC injectors, the pressure and temperature sensor, the injector rail, and the control unit.

Compared to the previous systems, the main innovation can be found in the ECU (computer). The steering unit can communicate with the car’s OBD system. This was not possible with the previous systems. This allows for better integration with the vehicle’s petrol system.

There are a total of 4 types of injectors, which are used depending on the power of the vehicle. The table below shows a distinction according to the power and the evaporator used.

PTS SENSOR for BRC Plug&Drive

This sensor measures both the gas pressure and the temperature.
– Weight: 22 grams
– Dimensions: ø= 24 mm, h= 64,5 mm
– An integrated connector is provided on the sensor
– The sensor can be used at temperatures between -30 °C and 130 °C.
– This sensor is homologated with both 67R-01 and R110.

Map sensor (manifoild pressure sensor)

This sensor weighs only 17 grams and has the following dimensions: diamger 33 mm, height 63 mm (including pipe). The sensor is suitable for measuring pressures between 0 and 2.5 bar, with a precision of 1.5% F.S. The output voltage is between 0 and 5 Volts.

BRC filter

With the Plug&Drive system, this filter is supplied for installation in the gaseous phase. The cartridge in this filter must be replaced in time, so that the injectors are protected against any dirt that is in the gas.

Switch

This round switch is operated with 1 push button, to switch between the petrol and the gas phase. In the switch is mounted a “buzzer”, which makes a sound when the tank is empty.

Four green LEDs indicate the tank capacity, and one red/green LED indicates whether you are driving on gas or petrol.

Evaporator BRC Genius MB

This 1-stage evaporator is available in 3 versions: MB800 (80 kPa pressure), MB1200 (120 kPa pressure) or MB1500 (150 kPa pressure). The largest evaporator of this type delivers a power of up to 160 kW (this is the type MB1500).

This evaporator has an R67-01 approval.

Evaporator BRC Genius MAX

This is also a 1-stage evaporator, but can have a power of up to 240 kW (with pressure 150 kPa). The evaporator also has an R67-01 approval.

CNG reducer for different types of engines by Bigas

RI27J is the new CNG pressure reducer developed and manufactured by Bigas. Compatible with various vehicle models, the RI27J guarantees a better installation on the engine also thanks to its compact design. RI27J is available in 4 different variants – each corresponding to a specific range of working pressure – which cover the entire range of replaceable reducers.

The RI27J reducer is supplied complete with additional fittings respectively for:

DT GAS

DT-GAS was a Polish manufacturer of LPG parts. Unfortunately, the manufacturer DT-GAS is no longer active and therefore these parts are no longer made. However, we have replacement parts in stock for all parts.

Have your DT-GAS LPG installation serviced by us. We have the adjustment equipment for the correct adjustment of your LPG installation.

D.T. GAS SYSTEM has two injection systems: GasTech 700 and GasTech 400. These systems are intended for vehicles with petrol engines and multipoint injections.

The GasTech 700 system is intended for more recent vehicles, while the GasTech 400 system is an injection system for vehicles manufactured for the year 2000.

Injector

This injector “blue tech” was developed by DT-GAS itself. In the event of a defect, this injector can be replaced immediately on site.

Filter

The filter for the D.T. Gas System must be replaced every 20,000 kilometers. This filter is available from stock.

The factory is state-of-the-art and this company has grown very strongly in recent decades. For several years Romano has also had his own production of electronics in Reggio Emilia. Components

The Bigas Evolution 2003 is designed in such a way that it can withstand temperature fluctuations and vibrations without much difficulty. The system has an automatic petrol start with a precisely adjustable switch speed. The switch can be done both at acceleration and at deceleration.

The evaporator Bigas is of the electronic type and is known for its stability and durability.

The switch is designed to be placed in any free place in the dashboard. The switch is equipped with four LEDs to indicate whether the car is running on gas or petrol and to indicate the amount of gas.

The injector simulator ensures that your car’s engine diagnostic system does not register fault codes.

Bigas Pegaso

Bigas Pegaso differs in many ways from other gas systems.
In the case of a traditional system, the original engine electronics must always be adapted to the gas installation.
It will be clear that many of the original properties are lost.
In short, the car must be adapted to the gas installation.

HOWEVER, BIGAS PEGASO adapts itself to your car. The original software remains unchanged.
With BIGAS PEGASO, the difference between gas and petrol is barely noticeable.

With the help of a computer, the electronics of the BIGAS PEGASO system are programmed. BIGAS PEGASO has an extensive diagnostic program, which allows the entire system to be monitored quickly and effectively. The adjustment scan of your car is stored in the BIGAS PEGASO computer.
This allows each subsequent adjustment to be automatic.

Bigas SGIS PREMIUM

Technical developments in the field of automotive electronics and petrol engines are faster and faster. Modern petrol engines are equipped with a sequential multipoint petrol injection system that works with the entire vehicle electronics via a CAN bus system.

Bigas’ response to these technical developments is the Bigas SGIS PREMIUM. This is a high-tech multipoint sequential in line LPG injection system, developed by Bigas entirely in-house during a 6-year development period.

SGIS PREMIUM guarantees you optimal engine performance and consistently low exhaust gas emissions in combination with a very competitive price. The new Bigas injection system is one of the few systems currently on the market that is able to communicate without difficulty with the ECU’s of EURO-6 engines. Absolute novelty are the new silent LPG injectors that inject the LPG pulse formation and timed for each cylinder separately.

Operation

Bigas SGIS PREMIUM system works according to the master-slave principle, which means that the gas injection times are determined by the petrol computer. This is why there is no difference between driving on gasoline and driving on gas.

All the original functions of the modern EURO-6 engines continue to work and exhaust gas emissions also meet the strictest standards with the SGIS PREMIUM system.

Since the system only works on the petrol injectors, few electrical connections need to be made, which reduces the risk of poor contacts or hard-to-find failures to a minimum. It is no longer necessary to install all kinds of simulators to ensure proper operation.

Components

Evaporator

The LPG supply for the injector is controlled by a new SGIS PREMIUM evaporator. This evaporator evaporates the liquid LPG from the tank to a controlled pre-print of 1 to 1.6 bar. New is the MAP (manifold pressure) reference input with which the controlled LPG pressure varies slightly with the engine vacuum.

Computer

The SGIS PREMIUM computer makes the calorie calculation for LPG based on the
injection times generated by the petrol computer and transmits the edited injection times
gas injectors.

Special is the electrical control for the LPG injectors that are controlled to 6V and are therefore independent of battery voltage and/or temperature variations. The Closed loop flow control for injector controls the opening time using the feedback flow signal in such a way that the calculated LPG quantity is actually injected.

The SGIS PREMIUM computer is designed to withstand the most
extreme temperature fluctuations and vibrations. Due to its handy size, the system can also be installed in the smallest engine compartment.

The ECU is OBD/CAN sent, i.e. during driving on LPG the injection is permanently optimized using the OBD/CAN data. As a result, your vehicle will consume less and drive better on LPG.

The switch is designed to be placed in any free place in the dashboard. The switch is equipped with LEDs to indicate whether the car is running on gas or petrol and to indicate the amount of gas. The engine automatically switches to petrol when the LPG tank is empty. You will then be alerted by a sound signal and by a flashing of the tank display meter.

Injectors

Each cylinder has its own injector. The injectors are completely silent. The injectors in the premium system do not work with a plunger but with a membrane. As a result, the injector is less sensitive to dirt and oil that can occur in the LPG. And that contributes to a longer life of the injector.

Valve lubrication

For optimal protection of your valves, the Bigas SGIS PREMIUM system offers the possibility to inject petrol while driving on LPG. We recommend this for the most valve-sensitive engines.
This way, your valves are permanently lubricated by the petrol addition. We recommend adding 50 millilitres of Flashlube at a full petrol tank (we have a special packaging for this). As a result, your petrol together with the Flashlube additive will optimally protect your valves, even while driving on LPG.
In order to avoid unnecessary fuel consumption, the petrol addition is based on the load on the engine. With heavy loads, relatively more petrol will be injected.
For an average driver, you have to count on a petrol consumption of 2 to 5 percent.

A separate valve lubrication can also be mounted.
